February 27, 2017

Folks who haven’t been in downtown Winston-Salem in the past several years would probably be surprised at all the investments in the area — from restaurants and apartments to renovated tobacco buildings that are now home to companies, and research, medical and university facilities. “Most people when they visit, if they haven’t been here in some time, are impressed with the vibrancy,” said Jason Thiel, president of the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership.
