Mark your calendar – Carolina League baseball is back in Kinston for 2017, and it’s for real. The Kinston-Lenoir County Parks and Recreation Commission announced via a 1 p.m. press release that the agreement between the City of Kinston and the Texas Rangers is coming to fruition.
