Lenoir and Caldwell County officials celebrated the renovation of a building at a key entryway to downtown Lenoir with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting on Thursday morning. The new White Tire Center actually opened Monday at the corner of Pennton and Harper avenues, the most heavily traveled entryway to downtown.
